  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or similar financial leadership role within the luxury retail industry.
  • Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data to drive informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
