- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar financial leadership role within the luxury retail industry.
- Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data to drive informed decisions.
