Shipping, Cancellation & Refunds
Work performed cannot be undone and returned back to the pre-repair condition. We have a strict Non-Refund/Cancellation policy. We reserve the rights to deny refunds/cancellations if you simply changed your mind and no longer want the service after processing the order of payment, or found the item unsuitable for a special purpose that was not pointed out to us, up to the point in time that Luxe Bag Spa has commenced processing the order of payment.
You are responsible for all risk of loss or damage to the item until Luxe Bag Spa takes physical possession of it. Luxe Bag Spa is not liable for any items damaged, lost, or stolen once the shipping carrier has picked up the package. If your item was damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
